Force India will contend in the rest of the Hungarian Grand Prix end of the week in the wake of being put into organization on Friday.
In a note routed to “companions”, and seen by BBC Sport, group co-proprietor Vijay Mallya said court activity was prompted by Force India driver Sergio Perez.
Mallya said the group’s working organization was the biggest loan boss, with obligations owing of more than £159m.
He said he would work to anchor the group’s future with the executive.
This could mean pitching the group to new proprietors. There are said to be no less than three potential purchasers considering a buy of the Silverstone-based outfit.

Mallya wrote in his note: “Our holding organization will work with the director to remove the group from organization or offer the group at the most ideal cost.”
He included that both he and agent group essential Bob Fernley stayed in their positions.

The biggest outside loan boss is Mercedes, with about £10m worth of motor bills unpaid. Perez’s activity is about unpaid pay. The Mexican’s ers contribute a few millions in sponsorship to the group, out of which the driver is paid.
Mallya’s note included that title BWT, an Austrian water organization, had “hopped in and asserted that their sponsorship sums were advances, which is crazy as our whole car is pink with BWT marking”.
On Friday, Force India conceded they confronted a “basic period” as money related issues debilitated the group.
Prior to the group was put into organization, head working officer Otmar Szafnauer said he accepted crisp interest in the group was “impending”, and included he is certain if the group went into organization it would leave it and survive.
Force India’s issues emerge from the legitimate issues of Mallya, who is battling removal to India on misrepresentation charges, which he denies. He can’t go from his base in the UK thus yet Fernley is relied upon to be at Hungaroring.
Then, group driver Esteban Ocon is nearly anchoring an arrangement to move to Renault for next season as a substitution for Spaniard Carlos Sainz close by German Nico Hulkenberg.
Sources have disclosed to BBC Sport an arrangement for the Frenchman to do the switch is concurred and essentially needs settling.
Ocon is adequately on advance to Force India from Mercedes, who possess his agreement.
