After EVOS’ revival in the Classic Derby against RRQ yesterday, the White Tigers tried their luck against the Dark Horse Team Liquid on the third day of week-7 of MPL Season 14. Unfortunately, EVOS failed to secure the third game even though they had led in the early game.
However, the battle between the two teams was quite fierce and Liquid was almost silenced. Luckily, the calmness of the players and more solid gameplay were able to comeback their deficit.
As usual, the Liquid team interview session is always awaited by fans. Aeronnshikii immediately opened with a hot statement. But not to the Player, Aeronn instead immediately attacked the EVOS fans on stage!
“I’m happy, because they obeyed my words and gave me a good game. They’re good, it’s cool that they play with nothing to lose. I respect them. But I don’t respect the fans who are so noisy that you can’t hear them. But I understand, like “Oh my idol didn’t make it to the playoffs” But it’s okay,” he said, greeted by cheers from the audience at the MPL Arena.
Aeronn continues to pray that EVOS can do their best in the remaining regular season matches.
Other Liquid players also gave respect to EVOS Players such as Fabian who praised Anavel, Widy who acknowledged Dreams’ ability to create moments and Yehezkiel who was amazed by Faramis Clawkun’s ability to control the match.
Even though EVOS’ chances are getting slimmer, they still have a chance to take 6th place, especially since the next three opponents are quite decisive, namely against Rebellion, FNOC and Geek Fam who still need points to secure a place in the playoffs.
